Which countries do you ship to?

We ship Worldwide! However the our Check-Out only woks for deliveries all over Europe. Please contact us through the Wholesale page for purchase and shipping to your country if the country/region is out of E.U. zone.

Where is the package shipped from?

Our packages are shipped from warehouses in Italy via express curriers (E.U. only) or partner forwarder (both E.U. and Worldwide)

How long does delivery take?

It takes 5 to 10 working days for order process and usually 11 -15 days from your check-out for delivery at your address. The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons.

How much it cost shipping for your products?

All our product shipping is FREE within E.U. countries. Outside E.U. zone the cost of shipping is specially quoted according to your destination address and country. For further information please check our Shipping Policy.

What should I do if the delivered package is damaged by the transportation?

If you received your order damaged, please take pictures of the damages and save all packaging materials a/ goods. Then contact the shipment carrier to open a claim ticket.

Can I still change my shipping address even though the package has been shipped out?

The delivery address can’t be changed once shipped out. We are sorry about that.

Where can I find the user manual of my product?

The user manual is send to your email after few days from your check-out

How can I cancel the order?

Can you ship to PO box?

Sorry this is not possible.

How Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking number that you can use to keep track of your package.

What is the warranty on your products?

Each product page reports the warranty duration, please check the manufacturer Warranty Policy for further details.

Do I need to keep the orIginal package or box of the product?

If you need to return the product, please keep the original package. It is the easiest way to get your products back to during warranty period.

How can I start a return or exchange?

Please start filling up the form you can find in the Warranty Policy, and share it to the email address shown on it

How can I get an invoice for my order?

If you need an invoice for your order, you can request one by sending an email to info@hybridpowersource.com. If you have not yet placed your order, we recommend that you enter your company ID number next to your company name at checkout, so that you will automatically receive an invoice without any additional steps.
